Our Team
John Galea, Managing Director
John has decades of experience in corporate services. He oversees the overall management and administration of Corporate Focus, assists client companies in setting up appropriate structures for their business, and provides support services to help them flourish. Alongside his support-related activity, he oversees fulfilment of compliance and statutory obligations.
John has an MBA from Heriott Watt University, Edinburgh. This is further enhanced with diplomas in relevant areas of compliance, anti-money laundering and Financial Services Operations. He is a member of the International Compliance Association.
Karl Friggieri, Director
Karl has been working in the Corporate Services sector since 2002. Karl has built a vast experience in the industry, and is involved in all areas of company set-up, administration and statutory compliance. This allows him to provide relevant and up to date information to client companies and support their day to day needs.
Karl holds a BA Honours degree as well as specialisation diplomas in Compliance and Financial Services Operations. He is a member of the International Compliance Association.
